David Fulford was part of the team that developed the biogas project in
Nepal that has since become BSP (Ashden Award 2006). He was a
lecturer at the University of Reading, teaching on the MSc course in Renewable Energy. In 2007, he set up his own consulting business, Kingdom Bioenergy Ltd, with links to experts in Nepal, Tanzania and South India, with the aim of developing and selling biogas technology.
David Irwin is a social entrepreneur and a consultant in enterprise and economic development working with clients such as Department for International Development, EBRD, OECD, Sainsbury Family Charitable Trusts, World Bank and Esmee Fairbairn Foundation.
Martin sits on both judging panels and has made many international assessment visits over the last few years. He is Editor-in-Chief of Green Futures magazine and contributes articles and photographs on environmental issues to a range of publications in the UK and beyond.
